As Canada’s campgrounds continue to confront a rising tide of challenges brought on by climate change and various other factors, there’s an urgent need to come together as a community to address these trials. The recent surge in natural disasters, from devastating wildfires to unprecedented flooding, has not only impacted the environment but also created a myriad of insurance coverage dilemmas. Amidst this, a shortage of skilled labor further intensifies the strain on campground management. 

In recognition of these pressing issues, the Canadian Camping and RV Council has teamed up with Signature Park Insurance to present the Risk Management for Campgrounds: Education Summit. This virtual event was meticulously curated to address our member’s needs concerning emergency preparedness and risk management strategies. Our goal is to empower every attendee with actionable insights that will ensure the safety, longevity, and success of their campgrounds.
