Available to existing CCRVA Sponsor/Endorsement Partners ONLY:

  • Exclusive Webinar Sponsorship: $750/event (pending availability)
  • Branded Educational Modules: $1,500/module
  • Industry Research Report Sponsorship: $5,000/report (Content and methodology requires approval from CCRVA Board of Directors)
  • CampConnect Digital Platform Sponsorship: $850/year
  • Newsletter Feature Article: $750 (up to 500 words)
  • Single Newsletter Ad Placement: $500 (300×250 pixels)
  • Social Media Spotlight (single post): $500 (max 150 words, up to four images or one video)
  • Special email delivery (member-wide): $500 (up to 500 words)

Endorsement Partners Program

The CCRVA Endorsement Partners Program is specifically designed to cultivate strategic partnerships between CCRVA and select industry suppliers, whose products and services significantly enhance the operational efficiency and value for campground owners and operators across Canada. This program identifies trusted industry providers who deliver measurable benefits and contribute to the association’s broader mission of advocacy, education, research, and industry support.

All prospective Endorsement Partners must formally apply and be approved by the CCRVA Programs & Engagement Committee. Applications are reviewed based on:

  • Alignment with CCRVA’s strategic goals and member needs.
  • Quality and reliability of products/services.
  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting campground industry sustainability and growth.
  • Proposed structure for revenue-sharing arrangements.
  • Minimum Sponsorship Level: Gold-Level ($7,500 annually)
  • Revenue Share: Negotiable based on product specifics, typically 5% recurring revenue from sales to CCRVA members.
  • Term: Minimum two-year commitment required, with a right of first refusal for renewal at the end of the term.
